General terms and conditions: We will always provide you with documentation detailing all the works and products before the start of any contract.

Applicable Law: Unless otherwise agreed English Law with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it.

Guarantees: All goods sold by the company come with different guarantees.

ALL ORDERS

Once you have paid a deposit you have entered into a legally binding contract. Please check the copy of order carefully to ensure we have recorded your address correctly and detailed your specific requirements. This particularly applies to colours and size of items and tiles, which are impossible to rectify after delivery. When ordering tiles, double check the quantity required as we are unable to accept any returned tiles for refunds or credits. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if any product is faulty or misdescribed. When you have ordered any quantity of any product, we hope that you have used reasonable care and skill as we cannot refund or credit any over ordered item.

DELIVERY WAITING TIME (All orders)

We always quote the manufacturers estimated delivery time, which is based on the latest information available to us at time of ordering. Delivery times may be extended due to supply problems experienced by the manufacturers. If this should occur then we ask for your patience and would assure you that everything will be done to supply your goods as quickly as possible. 

DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME (Supply only)

We can, if you wish, deliver your goods. There is a standard minimum delivery charge of £65, incl. VAT. We deliver only to the front door or garage. It is your responsibility to carry the goods further. If you are unable to provide help, please inform us. If we need to send another member of staff there will be a further charge of £100, incl. VAT. We cannot accept responsibility for damage unless; we have provided poor service, work or materials and any damage caused through fault or negligence by a member of staff.

COLLECTION OF GOODS

Please telephone 01489 784487 to advise us when you would like to collect your order. We require at least two hours notice.

Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

INSPECTION OF YOUR GOODS 

We ask you or your representative to inspect and check your goods on delivery. Please check that all the goods have been delivered and that they have not been damaged in transit, we recommend a minimum of 30 minutes to inspect the goods. If a third party is going to sign on your behalf you must make sure they check the goods. Any damages or shortages should be reported by phone and confirmed in writing as soon as possible. Should any other problems occur please contact us by phone and confirm in writing immediately. We will do all we can to help. If the goods are not fit for the purpose, faulty or misdescribed then you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made over the phone if required or if wish to use our online banking service please contact us. 

Payment for supply only orders must be in full at the time of ordering

Supply and install orders must have at least 50% or the goods value paid whatever is the largest amount with the balance divided over the course of the project.

All bespoke products must be paid in full and are not allowed to be cancelled. 


If we are in breach of contract, you have the right to “set off” if you have paid us for goods that cause concern, we will refund the value of those goods until any concerns have been satisfied. “Set off” must be requested in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

If a problem arises after either warranty ends, then please contact us and we will attempt to help.

CANCELLATION (All orders)

Products cannot be supplied on a “Sale or Return” basis. If you are unsure, please do not pay any amount of money to us. Contracts cannot be cancelled unless we are in breach of our obligations to you. If you wish to cancel your contract, we could make a claim for reasonable costs that the company is likely to suffer or may have incurred.
